RUSSELL, DECEASED X SITTING IN :MATTERS PROBATE ~ APPLICATION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND FOR LETTERS TESTAMENTARY TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT: Your Applicant, Joseph E. MacAleer, the Independent Executor named in the dill referred to hereinbelow, by his attorneys, respectfully represents as follows: 1. Jayne Russell died at the age of 61 years on the 25th day of February, 1930, in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. 2. At or before her death the said Jayne M. Russell resided and had her domicile in the County of Bexar aforesaid. t 3. At the dime of her death, the said Jayne M. Russell was seized and possessed of real and personal property of the probable value of more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), the nature of such Estate being as follows: Household goods and personal effects; real and personal property in Bexar County, Texas, and II elsewhere including tangible and intangible 'i personal property. ~ 4. Jayne M. Russell left a written bill, duly executed on May ~ 23, 1979, when she was 61 years of age and of sound mind and herewith filed, in which your Applicant was appointed to serve as Independent Executor without bond and is entitled to serve in that capacity; that the subscribing witnesses were I•lelinda Hurt, Dora Sides, and Sharon r ~ Lopez, all of whom reside in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, and ~ that the Will was made self proved in the manner prescribed by law. Rfter the making of such Will, no child of the said Decedent was born or adopted. - i 5.
