OF ADMINISTRATION
The Petition of JOSEPH E. MACALEER, the domiciliary
Personal Representative under the Will of JAYNE M. RUSSELL, asking
for the probate of the Last Will of JAYNE M. RUSSELL, and for the
issuance of Ancillary Letters of Administration to JOSEPH E.
MACALEER, has been considered by this Court and it finds that:
1. JAYNE M. RUSSELL died on the 25th day of February,
1980, and at the time of death was domiciled in Bexar County, Texas.
2. Her Will has been duly admitted to probate and
record in the County Court of Bexar County, Texas, the Court
having probate jurisdiction at her domicile.
3. She owned real property ir. St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. The Petitioner has filed authenticated copies of the
Will, the Petition for Probate, the Order Admitting Will to Probate
and the Letters Testamentary from the domiciliary proceedings; the

Will complies with the law of Florida so as to entitle it to probate.

5. Petitioner is qualified to act as Personal
Representative in Florida.
~ ADJUDGED that the Will of JAYNE M. RUSSELL dated May 23,
r 1979, and admitted to Probate in County Court of Bexar County, Texas

on March 18 1980 is admitted to
probate and record in this court
as the Last Will of JAYNE M. RUSSELL, deceased, and that Ancillary ~

Letters of Administration shall be issued to JOSEPH E. MACALEER
when he has taken the Oath of Office and filed a Designation of
Resident Agent and his acce~ance. -
