plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, page 47,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida

The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture of mortgage dated December 23, 1975, from '
Kenneth W. Morgan and Joyce M. Morgan, his wife, to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association o£ Fort Pierce, which said indenture
of mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 247 at page 153 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
