& Light Company, its licensees, agents, successors, and assigns, an easement forever for the cunstructiun, operation and
maintenance of overhead and underground electric utility facilities (including wires, pules, guys, cables, conduits and appur-
tenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with thr: right to reconstruct, improve, add tu, enlarge, change the size of

A ten foot wide utility easement as shown on Exhibit "A".

cable and conduit within the right of way and to operate the same fur cummunicatiuns purposes wiUt the right of ingress
and egress to said premises at all times, to clear the land and keep it cleared of al! trees, undergrowth or other obstructions
within the easement area: to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees ur limbs
outside of the casement area which might interfere with ur fall upon the lines ur systems of communications ur power trans-
n»ssion or distribution, and further grants, to the fullest extent the undersigned has the power to grant, if at all, the rights
hereinabuve granted un the land heretofore described, aver, along and under the roads, streets or highways adjoining or
through said property.
