AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF KENTUCKY
COUNTY OF SHELBY
ROGER YOUNT, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes and says:
1. That the following described property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, was conveyed to J.M. YOUNT, E.L. YOUNT, and ROGER YOUNT
by Warranty Deed dated September 8, 1950 and recorded in Official Records
Book 159, Page 470, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Begin at a point 300 feet South of the Northeast Corner of Lot 1, in Block
4, Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, according to the plat of
St. Lucie Gardens Subidvision, as recorded in Plat Book -1, Page 35, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and run from thence West to
the East Right-of-Way of Federal Highway 1, thence Northwesterly along
the East line of said Highway to a point 100 feet North of the South line
to be measured at right angles to said South line, thence East to the East
line of said Lot 1, thence South to the starting point.
2. That he is the ROGER YOUNT referred to in the Warranty Deed as
described above ;
3. That J.M. YOUNT was also known as JAMES M. YOUNT, and that J.M.
YOUNT , also known as JAMES M . YOUNT , died on November 18 , 1954 in Shelby
County, Kentucky, as set forth in his Death Certificate as recorded
February 12, 1975 in Official P.ecords Book 382, Pane 2032, Public Fecords
of Martin County, Florida, and as also recorded November 12, 1980 in
Official Records book 342 Page 2633. Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
4. That E.L. YOUNT was also known as EFFIA LOAN YOUNT, and that
E.L. YOUNT, also known as EFFIA LOAN YOUNT died on September 6, 1966 in
Shelby County, Kentucky, as set forth in his Death Certificate as recorded
February 12 , 1975 in Official Records Book 382 , Page 2031, Public Records
of Martin County, Florida, and as also recorded November 12, 1980 in
Official Records Book 342 Page 2632, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
~ 5. That J.M. YOUNT, also known as JAMES M. YOUNT, E.L. YOUNT, also
known as EFFIA LOAN YOUNT, and ROGER YOUNT owned the subject property as
joint tenants with the right of survivorship;
~ 6. That ROGER YOUNT was therefore sole owner of the subject
property upon the decease of E.L. YOUNT, also known as EFFIA LOAN YOUNT,
on September 6 , 1966 .
