CERTIFICATE
OF
AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
THE UNDERSIGNED, being hereinafter designated
officers of HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, INC., a Delaware
Corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida
and the Developer of CATAMARAN II, A CONDOMINIUM, do
hereby certify that the following was duly enacted as an
amendment to the Declaration of Condominium of CATAMARAN II,
A CONDOMINIUM; pursuant to 718.403, Florida Statutes,
relating to the addition of phases to a phase condominium.
The original Declaration of Condominium of said Condominium
was recorded in Official Record Book 334, page 2451 et seq.,
• Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and amendments
thereto recorded in (a)Book 337, page 1699 - 1715 and (b)
Book 339, page 1004 - 2013.
Developer hereby submits to the comdominium form
of ownership pursuant to the Condominium Act those certain
lands described as Phase D to CATAMARAN II, -A CONDOMINIUM.
Exhibit No. "1" (the Survey Exhibit), pages 1 through 21

' which are recorded at Official Records Book 334, page 2490 -
2513 is amended so that exhibit "lA" pages 1 through 21 -
attached hereto are substituted therefor. This Amendment is

~ made for the purpose of adding the Final Surveyor's Certificate
and Drawings for Phase D and adding parking structures to
Phases B and C of CATAMARAN II, A CONDOMINIUM, containing
the information required by 718.104 (4) (e), Florida Statutes.
The shares of Common Elements and Common Surplus

shall be adjusted in accordance with Article V of said
Declaration of Condominium.
