KNOW AlL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by PAUL N. HAMILTON and MABLE
M. HAMILTON, his wife dated October 16th 19 18 ,and recorded
in the public records of $t. LUCie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 296 on page
1089 ,securing the payment of the sum ofTHIRTY ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100---------
Dollars (S 31,500.00------)
covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
