- WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN

This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees

The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's Z

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
~I heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective ~
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or 'under said Grantor.
