its authorized officers, does hereby appoint Ralph R. Abbott, individually with
power to act alone, as its attorney in fact to execute and file on behalf of .
the Company any and all releases of real estate mortgages, releases of chattel
mortgages, releases of security agreements and terminations of financing state-
. ments, releases and satisfactions of 3udgment and to otherwise satisfy said
instruments of record, where the indebtedness which the same secures has been
paid in full to the Company. All previous Powers of Attorney are hereby revoked.
