On this, the 14th day of October, 1980, before me, Rosemary M. Shaver,
the undersigned officer, personally appeared C. H. Kuebler, who acknowledged
himself to be the President of BarclaysAmerican/Mortgage, Inc., a corporation,
and that he as such President being authorized to do so, executed the foregoing.
