The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
Administrator C.T.A. in the domiciliary estate in the County of
Pitt, State of North Carolina. Petitioner's name and address and
his attorney's name and address are set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, ROSALIND ROULSTON, whose last known address
was 1601 E. Wright Road, Greenville, North Carolina died on
March 30, 1980 at 3:07 a.m. and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in the County of Pitt, State of North Carolina.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their
addresses and relationships to decedent, and the age of any who
are minors, are:
