(sole beneficiary LUCIE SECTION 30, according to under the Will) plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 10, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida 9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil j of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10. 10. An exemplified copy of the decedent's will dated November 7, 1962 accompanies this petition. 11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutues. Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 8 of this petition. ~ Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of my I knowledge and belief.
