the paper writing to be his Last'Will and Testament; and that then, at the request and in the presence of
the deceased, afl5ant signed the paper writing as an attesting witness. Affiant further says that at the time
aforesaid the deceased was of sound mind and disposing memory, of full age to execute a will, and was not
under any restraint to the knowledge, information, or belief of the afiSant.
