I, LILLIAN ALLEN HUBBARD, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, hereby revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: It is my will and I direct that
my body be buried in a manner suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND: It is my will and I direct that
all my just debts and funeral expenses be promptly paid out of the
principal of my estate.
THIRD: I give and devise such of my
tangible personal property to those persons designated in a

separate writing in existence at the time of my death which is
signed by me and which describes the items and the devisees with
reasonable certainty.
FOURTH: I hereby make the following

(a) I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter, CYNTHIA
WALKER LOWELL, presently of Columbus, Ohio, my diamond ring, the
! shell picture she made for me when she was a little girl, cut-glass
bedroom lamps, large. glass living room lamps, and the sum of
Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars.

~ (b) I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter, JUDITH
WALKER COLETTI, presently of Troy, New York, my Sterling silver E
service which is the same pattern as her silver service, my amethyst
ring, and the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars.
