I, LILLIAN ALLEN HUBBARD, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do make, publish and declare this to be the CODICIL to my
LAST WILL AND TESTA*~[Ei1T executed by me on March 2 , 1978 , in the
presence of Marjorie M. Canonica and Elizabeth Cheaves as witnesses
thereto.
ITEM I.
I hereby delete the name "St1N BATIK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY"
as Co-Personal Representative in in paragraph SIXTJ: of my LAST WILL
AND TESTAMENT dated March 2, 1978, and make, constitute and appoint
in lieu of said "SU!`1 BANK OF ST. LUCIE COU!~ITY", the FIRST NATIOPJAL
BANK OF FORT PIERCE, a National Banking Corporation with Trust Powers
as Co-Personal Representative of my said LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
giving and granting unto said Co-Personal Representative the same
powers and authority as set forth in said paragraph SIY.TH of my said
t•]ill and all powers granted to said Co-Personal Representative under
the laws and statutes of the State of Florida as provided for
Personal Representatives.
IN tJITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
