. PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND FOR ORDER
ESTATE OF ANDRE ADAMS CLOSING THE ESTATE
COMES NOW the Petitioner, PATSY 0. ADAMS, duly appointed
personal representative of the estate of ANDRE ADAMS, and shows unto
the Court that:
1. PATSY ADAMS was the natural mother, legal guardian and
next of kin of ANDRE ADAMS, deceased.
2. ANDRE ADAMS-was seven (7) years of age at the time of hip
death.
3. ANDRE ADAMS did not known any assets at the time of his
death other than his clothing.
4. This estate was opened solely for the purpose of bringing
an action for wrongful death.
S. An action for wrongful death was brought against ARTHUR
DAVIS and CALVIN SMITH in case number 79-105 in Saint Lucie County,

Florida. This cause was tried before a jury on May 21,22,23, 1980.
~ Although the jury found against the Defendants and in favor of the sur-
vivors of the decedent ANDRE ADAMS, there was no recovery for the estate
of ANDRE ADAMS because the expenses of his last illness and his funeral
and burial bills were paid directly by his mother, the Petitioner herein.
6. There are no claims of creditors against the estate of

ANDRE ADAMS .
7. There being no claims of. creditors and there being no

assets of the estate, further administration of this estate is
fi
unnecessary.

tdEiEREFORE, Petitioner prays for entry of an Order discharging
l bond and closing this estate.
