parties were present. Upon consideration of the matters raised

at the pretrial conference, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:
1. That this cause is hereby stricken from the Court's
jury trial docket for the week of November 17, 1980 and is re-

set as a second case on the Court's jury trial docket for the '

week of December 15, 1980. All the parties shall be ready for

trial during the week of December 15, 1980.
2. All pleadings, exchanges of documentary evidence,
answers to interrogatories, and all other discovery shall be
completed on or before November 21, 1980.
