ACIINOWI~EDGMENT AND RATIFACTION
BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and recording of the Warranty Deed
of conveyance to a condominium apartment in Island House
Condominiums, Phase II, acknowledges that said conveyance is
subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
more fully described in said Warranty Deed, including the
provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee does hereby ratify,
confirm and approve all of said provisions, including the provisions
of the long tern lease and management agreement which are exhibits
to said conda~minium documents; the grantee does further hereby
ratify, confirm and approve the acts of the officers and directors
of Island House Owners Association, Inc. in making and entering
into suck long term lease and management agreement. The grantee
agrees to be bound by all of the provisions'o~ the Declaration
of Condominium, the long terra lease and the management agreement;
the grantee authorizes Island House Owners Association, Inc. to
act for him and in his name in the performance of its obligations
under said long term lease and management agreement; the grantee
acknowledges and agrees that all of the provisions of said documents
are reasonable, fair and equitable; and the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the condominium apartment described above as security
for his obligations, as more fully described in said Declaration
of Condominium and all of its exhibits.
