THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day of
/~/~v~,.~~~`~. 1980, by and between WAYNE D. FEY and ROBIN M. FEY, his wife,
hereafter referred to as "Seller", and GREGORY L. AWE and CATHY A. AWE, his
wife, whose address is 5609 Tangelo Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
hereafter referred to as "Purchaser".
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
contained in this Agreement and other valuable considerations passing
between the parties to it, Seller agrees to sell and Purchaser agrees to
buy the Following described property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Lot 21, Block 76, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES UNIT #9, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 74, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum of _
FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($47,000.00) DOLLARS, payable at the times
and in the manner following: _

ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($1,500.00) DOLLARS paid on -

The balance of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
{$45,500.00) DOLLARS shall bear interest at the rate of Thirteen (13~) per
j cent per annum and shall be payable in equal monthly installments of FIVE _
HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($500.00) DOLLARS, the first of such installments shall ~ r

be due and payable on the ~ day of ~ 1980, and each

succeeding installment of which shall be due and payable on the ~_~day
of each and every month thereafter for not more than two (2) years from
date, hereof on or before which Buyer shall obtain conventional financing
hereof. OE each monthly payment of FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($500.00)
DOLLARS, the sum of ONE HUNDR® AND NO/100 ($100.00) DOLLARS shall be
~ placed in escrow, together with the ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100

($1,500.00) DOLLARS deposit heretofore paid, all of which shall be credited
to and deducted from the total purchase price of FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND AND
