the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Oscar L. Shewmake and Sandra
W. Shewmake, his wife
dated March 3rd 19 75 ,and recorded
in the public records of St . Lucie County, Florida, in 0 ~ R ~ Book 237 on page
564 ,securing the payment of the sum of Thirty Six Thousand, Nine Hundred and no/100-------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Cou"rt of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
