SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations -
and easements of record; applicable zoning ordinances, taxes
and assessments for the year 1980, and subsequent years.
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage from Edward C. Felde and Jeanette V.
Felde, his wife, dated June 6, 1978, recorded June 8, 1978, in O.R.
288, at page 1566, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
having an original principal balance of $30,000.00, and having a
principal balance as of November 17, 1980, of $28,896.24, which the
