I. A part of Lots 13 and 14, Block 1, PROSPERITY PARK
as recorded in Plat Book 7, at page 55, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being more particularly described
as follows:
A. Begin at the Southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 13,
and run North along the lot line 42.90 feet,
thence run East 109.99 feet to a point on the Fast
line of aforesaid Lot 14, said point being 43.44
feet North of the Southeast corner of aforesaid
Lot 14, thence run South 43.44 feet, thence run
West 110 feet~to the Point of Beginning.
B. From the Southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 13,
run North along the lot line 42.90 feet to the
Point of Beginning, thence run East 109.99 feet
to a point on the East line of aforesaid Lot 14,
said point being 43.44 feet North of the
Southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 14, thence
run North 32.46 feet, thence run West 109.99
feet, thence run South 32.56 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
II. A part of Lots 13 and 14, Block 1, PROSPERITY PARK
as recorded in Plat Book 7, at page 55, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being more particularly described
as follows:

North along the lot line 75.46 feet to the Point
of Beginning, thence run East 109.99 feet to a
point on the East line of aforesaid Lot 14, said
point being 75.90 feet North of the Southeast

32.56 feet to the Point of Beginning.
B. From the Southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 13, run

of Beginning, thence run East 110 feet to a point
E on the East line of aforesaid Lot 14, said point
being 108.36 feet North of the Southeast corner

~ to the Northeast corner of aforesaid ,Lot 14 , thence
~ run West along the lot line 110 feet to the Northeast
corner of aforesaid Lot 13, thence run South 32.80
