by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and rnnfirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land .

IN ADDITION TU THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR
HEREIN COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT: ;
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEES ~
herein acknowledge in writing, the-existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form provided
for this purpose by the MORTGAGEES.
(2) This is a r
purchase money first mortgage.
(3) This is not homestead property as the MORTGAGOR herein resides
on •Lot 19, Block 3, SUNRISE PARK, Unit #1, plat book 8, page 42,~;
St. Lucie County records.
(4) If the herein encumbered property is conveyed in any way out
of the name of the MORTGAGOR herein, the note secured by the
hereirl MORTGAGE will become due and payable in full
