ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard oh the Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss the Complaint in_this cause and the-Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise advised in the pre-
mises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss is denied
nad the Defendants have twenty (20) days from the date of this
Order to answer the Complaint herein.
In this ruling the Court is relying authority of Tavares v
Allstate Insurance Company, 342 So. 2d 551 (Fla. 3d DCA 1977) and
Cruger v Allstate Insurance Company, 162"So. 2d 690 (Fla. 3d DCA
j 1964).
