TRANSFER OF TITLE
THIS DEED OF GIFT AND TRANSFER OF TITLE, made by and between CARL E. FESSEL
and JOSEPHINE M. FESSEL, his wife, herein called Donors, and DENNIS K. FESSEL and SHARON
M. FESSEL, his wife, herein called Donees,
WITNESSETH:
Donors, for and because of natural love and affection for the Donees, do,
subject to the condition hereinafter set out, by these presents give, grant, transfer,
convey, remise, release and forever quit claim unto Donees, their heirs, assigns, all
right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand, in law and equity of Donors, of, in ~

and to,together with all interest due thereon, the 2nd mortgage note dated November 14,
1980, executed by Donees, with the Donors as payees therein, for the sum of 55,000.00
and secured by a Mortgage of record in St. Lucie County, Florida.

PROVIDED,HOWEVER, it is a condition precedent to the passing of the

title herein to be conveyed, that Donees, who were married on the 17th day of October,

1975, remain husband and wife, married to each other for a period of ten years, said
term beginning with the date of their marriage and ending on the 16th day of October,

1985, and in the event said condition exists for said period without interruption, then, ~
in that event, the transfer herein shall become absolute and Donees shall acquire a
fee simple interest in said property. '
