Paver of Attorney
Know all sea by these presents that we John Allen Penello
and Doris Ridgely Penello of Anne Arundel County in the State of
t~tsrylaad, the principals of this Parer of Attorney, do hereby Hasa,
constitute and appoint Felipe £atolongo our true and lawful attorney
in fact for us and in our ease, place sad stead, to do and perfors -
every act necessary to ba done in and about the purchase and sale
of coadosinius unit f415 of Ocean Barbour, Condosietius E, sad to
sign, negotiate, or otherwise deal with said real property and to
cosplete that certain sale transaction with Iva M. Reif as fully as
we sight or could do were we personally present, with full paver of
substitution and revocation hereby ratifying and confusing all that
our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
thereof.
