The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to tt?e provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grar?tee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reason?able, fair ar?d eyuitable; tt?e Grantee t?ereby impresses
a lien upon the lar?d and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium ar?d its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantizs,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantees have hereunto set their hands and seals this
10th day of November 1980.
