Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Richard B. Pollock and
Mary E. Pollock, his wife dated October 30, 19 79 ,and recorded
in the public records of $t. Lucie County, Florida, in Q, R. Book 319 on page
1703 , securing the payment of the sum of FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100-------
---------------------------------------------------------------------Dollars(5 51,800.00 )
covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
