THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
Complaint and the Court being fully advised in the premises and
a default having been entered against the Defendant, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA, do have and recover from the Defendant, KAREN E.
McWADE, possession of one 1979 Ford Mustang motor vehicle, 2-door,
vehicle identification No. 9F02Z288290, plus court costs and

reasonable attorney's fees of this suit, as well as the complaint

for replevin hereinbefore filed in this cause, expenses of retaking,
holding, preparing for sale, selling or the like, said property
hereinbefore described, and any deficiency due and owing to the
Plaintiff after sale of the hereinbefore described property, pur-
suant to the terms of the Security Agreement and Retail Installment
~ Contract marked as Exhibit A in this cause, for all of which let
execution issue.
