THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion to
Compel Discovery or in the alternative for Contempt and that
appearing to the Court that the Defendant was properly served
by the Sheriff's Department and failed to appear for the
hearing on November 19, 1980. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, LEROY MOTES, is ordered to appear

f and be deposed as to the whereabouts of he property to be
~ replevined, and if he fails to appear, the Court shall enter
such other and further orders as may be necessary including,
but not limited to, an order holding the Defendant in contempt.
2. That a copy of this order shall be served upon the
Defendant by the sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida.
