II, and hereby agree and Stipulate to Amend the Final Jud~nent of this cause, entered
Septc~nher 2, 1980, to state the following:
1. That the Husband shall pay all the medical and dental expenses for the minor
children of the marriage, including all doctors' expenses incurred during the birth of
the child referred to in paragraph 9 of the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage.
2. That the Wife shall pay all of the hospital expenses only incurred during
the birth of the child referred to in paragraph 9 of the Petition for Dissolution of "carriage.
3. That the child support payments shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted pra~tly to Darlene Peters, 3208 Kentucky Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Flo-
rids 33450. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
rroney order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all tii:~es while this
Order is in effect.

TfIIS CAUSE having cane on for consideration on the Stipulation To Amend Final
Judgiryent of Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court having considered the same and being
fully advised in the premises, it is

the same is hereby amended.
