The Petition of SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, and RITA
BUSCH, for appointment as guardians of the property of WENDY 3
LYNN BUSCH, a minor child, coming on this day to be heard; ~

and it appearing to the Court that the said WENDY LYNN BUSCH,
a minor child, is incapable of managing her estate by reason
of her minority, and that it is therefore necessary for
guardians to be appointed, and the Court having jurisdiction
and being fully advised, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III,
and RITA BUSCH, be, and the same are hereby appointed as
~ guardians of the property of WENDY LYNN BUSCH, a minor child.
