PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, Albert E. Riggle, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on August 2, 1979, and Letters
of Administration were issued to Petitioner on August 28,~
1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final account-.
ing containing a complete report of all receipt and dis-
bursements since the commencement of administration of this
estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed
herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons,
other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final account-

ing .

j 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate
by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all
E claims and debts that were resented and b

provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of ad-
ministration.
~ 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid
~ to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, ap-
~ praisers or other agents employed by the personal representative

5. Petitioner h~ filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department
of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
