O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Respondent's oral
Motion to Dismiss and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent's Motion to dismiss
Support Order dated June 29, 1978, be and same is hereby denied and
support payments in the sum of $22.00 per week shall continue for the
benefit of ELIZABETH CALDWELL until she has completed the college

education program in which she is currently enrolled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent shall
be furnished a copy of ELIZABETH CALDWELL'S enrollment each and every
semester, together with a copy of grades for the previous semester.
Upon failure to furnish Respondent such proof of ELIZABETH CALDWELL'S
enrollment and grades as required herein, support payments shall cease.
