ORDER _
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND AD]UDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
SHEILA GIBBON, born 3/11/66; PRIMUS GIBBON, born 1/29/70;
and TERRY GIBBON, born 2/23/72
minor children, the sum of S 45.00 per week plus and additional ZKNR $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
21st day of November 19~, and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Cowrty,
P. O. DRAWER 700, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA,
Florida, end the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
section, 1317 Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal
j to the State of Pennsylvania as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D
ca & Re-
habilitative Services that the case is. no longer a IV-D case, the Clerk will
thP~ forward all support to: Non-Support Department, Dauphin County Court
House, P. O. Box 67, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17108. (Case No. 1547 DR .1980)
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
