SUMMERS, born 2/9/65; and JAMES B. SUMMERS, born 6/5/69; PLUS AN AD PER WEEK ON ARREARS OF $586.OO~as of 11/14/80 minor children, the sum of S 45.00 per week/ plus and additional ~;di(lc $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the 21st day of November ~ 19~~, and thereafter on FRIDAY of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check j or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ST. LUCIE County, P.O. DRAWER 700, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, Florida, ~nd the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Department of Social Services, ~ P. O. Box 1301, Hagerstown, Maryland. (THEIR URESA NO. 562 Dkt. 2) That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order ~ and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
