ORDER This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of MICHAEL CANTON, born 12/16/65; minor child~tt, the sum of S 25.00 peT week plus and additional ~ $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the 21st day of November 19 80 ,and thereafter on FRIDAY of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie County, P.O. DRAWER 700, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, Florida and the said Glerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, F on a , or rans- ~I mittal to the State of New York as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D Case. If the Clerk receives note ication y e epar ent of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D Case, he will then forward a support to: c enec a y oun y o ec ions Unit, j County Office Building, Schenectady, New York (Their Case No. 741-U-80).
