This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
JEFFREY PILLA, born 5/16/69;
minor child the sum of S 30.00 .per week plus and additional t~icfd4t $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
21st day of November ~ 19 80 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ST. LUCIE County,
P.O. DRAWER 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Bureau of Accounts, _

THIS COURT FINDS NO OBLIGATION TO SUPPORT JOHN PILLA WHO HAS REACHED
THE AGE OF EMANCIPATION AND WHO HAS BEEN PROVIDED A TRUST FUND IN EXCESS
OF $50 000.00 AS A RESULT OF ACCIDENT.
That t~is Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable_
