This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
BARBARA ALLER, born 9/15/63; TERESA ALLER, born 3j3/65;
LISA ALLER, born 2/10/67; and MICHELLE ALLER, born 3/12/71;
minor children, the sum of $ 240.00 per month plus and additional icitC0i0c $2.00 i
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
30th November
day of 19 80 ,and thereafter on 30th
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check 1
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ST. LUCIE _ County,
P.O. DRAWER 700, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, ~ t
Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said pa ments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for trans-
I mittal to the State of Arizona as lone as the case is certified as a Title
- Health
& Rehabilitative Services t:~at the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will
then forward all support to: Clerk of Pima County Superior Court, Pima
f oun y our s ui ing, es ongress reet, Tucson, Arizona 5701.

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable. '
