HomeMy WebLinkAbout1774 2. The provision for default contained in the third page of the aforesaid mortgage, recorded at O.R. Book 270, Page 1666, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be amended so that the first sentence reads as follows: If any sum of money herein referred to be not promptly paid within fifteen (15) days next after the same becomes due, or if each and every of the agreements, stipulations, conditions and covenants of said note and this mortgage, or either, are not fully performed, complied with and abided by, then the entire sum mentioned in said note, and thi s mortgage, or the entire balance unpaid thereon, shall forthwith or thereafter at the option of the mortgagor become due and payable, anything in said note or herein to the contrary notwithstanding. 3. All other provisions of the aforesaid mortgage, r shall remain in full standing and unaltered by this Modification t Agreement. 4. The parties confirm that the total principal outstanding on said Promissory Note and Mortgage as of November 1, 1980, is THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND and 00/100 ($35,000.00) i ~ Dollars.
