and State of Florida, and more certainly described as follows:

a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page S1 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
To have and to hold, all and singular the premises,
together with the tenements, hereditaaents, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertair_ing, and the rents,
issues, and profits thereof unto JAtiES PROCTOR, his heirs and
assigns forever.
