AFFIDAVIT OF MARY FURINO
Before me, the undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared
MARY FURINO, who upon her oath says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of JACK FURINO who died
on September 1, 1980, as shown by the Certified copy of Death
Certificate which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof .
2. That at the time of the death of JACK FURINO, your
affiant and JACK FURINO owned real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 14, Block 246, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 6, as
-per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 36A
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as a tenancy by the entirety.
3. That the marriage of your affiant and JACK FURINO was
continuous and without interruption from the time of acquiring
title to the real estate described above, until the death of JACK
FURINO on September 1, 1980.
4. The Estate was not subject to a Federal Estate Tax
Return; affiant has obtained a Florida Non-Taxable Certificate
relative to the Estate which is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit
B" and made a par-t hereof.
