RBYNA, of 2431 S.W. 82nd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33324, hereafter referred to Vendor-, and RAYMOND J. HAMBLIN and MADLYN C. HAMBLIN, his wife, of 30 Crofton Court, Adrian, Michigan, 49221, hereafter referred to as Purchasers, W I T N E S S B T H That in consideration of the mutual promises -and covenants contained in this Agreement and other valuable considerations passing between the parties to it, the Vendor agrees to sell and the Purchasers agree to buy the following described property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida: -- That certain Condominium parcel composed of Lot 30, Block N, of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, a Condominium, and an undivided share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. -LUCIE, as recorded in Official Records Book 168, at page 1348, etc., and as amended by Certificate of Amendment of Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 175, page 1682, etc., all in -the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; TOGETHER with 1977 Rogue Mobile Home 32' Park Model located thereon, and all furniture and fixtures in said Mobile Home. 1. The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum of $31,500.00, payable at the times, and in the manner following: (a). ,The sum of $5,000.00 to be paid before the signing of this Contract, receipt of which is acknowledged by Vendor. (b). The balance of $26,500.00 shall bear interest t at the rate of 14$ per annum and shall be payable at the rate t c ~. ~ of $500.00 pet month, including interest, beginning as of . . ~~ ~ ~q.
