Baca of the payments shall be credited first to interest and the balance to principal, and prepayment shall be permitted at any time and from time to time without penalty. 2. Vendor agrees to pay the sum of $187.00 to be applied toward the costs of the Title Insurance Commitment and Title Insurance Policy. 4. At such time; the Purchasers have paid the balance remaining under this.
