credited first to interest and the balance to principal, and
prepayment shall be permitted at any time and from time to
time without penalty.
2. It is agreed by the parties hereto that the sale
price of $31,500.00 shall be allocated $17,600.00 to the
value of the Condominium land parcel; $12,900.00 to the value
of the Mobile Home; and $1,000.00 to the value of the
personal property in the Mobile Home.
3. It is understood and agreed between the parties that
no later than May 1, 1985, or at least 30 days prior to pay-
ment in full to Vendor, if Purchasers elect to prepay the
obligation due hereunder prior to June 1, 1985, the
Purchasers shall obtain a title insurance commitment, in the
amount of $17,600.00, showing the title to the .property
above-described to be good and marketable. A fee owners
title- insurance policy, will be issued to Purchasers upon
payment in full to Vendor and recording of the Warranty Deed
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Vendor
agrees to pay the sum of $187.00 to be applied toward the
costs of the Title Insurance Commitment and Title Insurance
Policy.
4. At such time; the Purchasers have paid the balance
remaining under this. Agreement for Deed in full, the Vendor
promises and agrees to convey the real property above-
described to the Purchasers by good and sufficient Warranty
Deed and to assign and deliver- the Mobile Home Title Certifi-
Cate to Purchasers free and clear of all liens. The Warranty
Deed to be provided to Purchasers by Vendor and the Title
Insurance Policy shall be subject to each and all of the
