All covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of tite said Declaration of Condominium and other Condominium instruments as recorded in Official Records Book 168, page 1328, and of. said Certificate of Amendment thereto as recorded in Official Records Book 175, page 1682, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and any other amendments of record thereto. (c). Easement granted to Florida Power ~ Light Company recorded in Official Records Book 174, page 2090, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. (d) All service contracts affecting the property, building and premises entered into by the Declaration or Association as referred to in the Declaration and which exists at the date hereof, including but not limited to contracts for management, extermination, vending machines and building employees. - 5. The cost of the preparation of this Agreement for Deed shall be paid for by the Purchasers. The cost of the Warranty Deed to be delivered upon- payment in full. by Purchasers and Documentary Stamps on the Warranty Deed shall be paid for by Vendor. The costs of transferring the Mobile Home Title and recording the Warranty Deed shall be paid for by Purchasers. 6. The Purchasers shall be permitted to go into possession of the property covered by this Agreement as of June 1 , 1980 . Real estate taxes for the year -1980 shall be prorated between Vendor and Purchasers as of June 1, 1980. Purchasers shall be responsibile for all Condominium main- tenance assessments as of June 1, 1980. The Purchasers agree to maintain the exterior and interior of the Mobile come in good condition.
