THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Petitioner's Sworn
Petition For Change Of Name and the Court having examined the Sworn
Petition and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Sworn Petition For Change Of Name, be, and is
hereby ordered granted, and it, be, and is hereby further ordered
that the name of the Petitioner is changed from BONNIE LONGING GIGER
to BONNIE RUTH LONGING.
