that may be levied and assessed against the property herein, subsequent bo
the date hereof, and agree that if the Mortgagor shall fail to keep the

utilities, then the Mortgagee, i.f it so elects, may pay the same, and the

shall be leered a default of the Nate secured hereby and of this Mortgage.
l~rtgagee, if it so elects, may pay any and all paytnmts, changes, int-
erest, late d~arges and other fees rich may accrue upon any default of
the first Mortgage, and suds atmoimt so paid shall be secured by this
Mortgage, and repaid with interest at the rate specified in the~Note
secured hereby by the Mortgagor wittlirt fifteen (3SS days aft~x .receipt
of written Notion of such payment.
