PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The Petitioner, CHARLOTTE LAWTON, as personal representative
of this estate alleges:
1. The decedent, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
died on October 14, 1979, and letters of administration were
issued to petitioner on December 10, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers of accounting and
service of petition for discharge and consent to discharge of
personal representative from all persons presently interested in
the administration of this estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of
distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
6. Petitioner has paid or proposes to pay compensation to
the personal representative in the amount of S 449.27 , to the
attorney in .the amount of, $1,062.60, and to other agents employed
by the personal representative in the amount of S -0-
