ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of MARTA PETTERSSON for the appointment
of a guardian of the person and property of CLIFFORD PETTERSSON,
coming on this•day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that
said person is incompetent because of schizophrenia and paranoia,.
and that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed, and the
Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MARTA PETTERSSON is hereby
appointed as guardian of the person and property of CLIFFORD
PETTERSSON, incompetent, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MARTA PETTERSSON is required
to file a bond in the amount of $ , payable to the
Governor of the State of Florida and to his successors in office,
conditioned on the faithful performance of all duties by the guardian,
according to law.
