THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon counsels' requests to
pro vide that the Subpoenaes issued by both parties for the trial
of this cause, which was scheduled for the weeks of November 15th
and 24th, be continuing in nature. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that any and all Subpoenaes issued on
behalf of the Plaintiff and the Defendant for the trial of this
cause which was scheduled for the weeks of November 15th and
24th shall be continuing in nature and that each of the persons
so receiving Subpoenaes are hereby ordered to comply with same
upon notification by counsel of record of the new trial date.
